We implement our solutions into enterprises via projects. While doing so, we understand the project management as an active task within the project.
Our project manager is responsible for tasks like control, arrangement and supervision but above all to ensure the fulfillment of all arrangements. The project team is operational. It faces the challenge to impact the project actively and to manage it. The project team has to oversee the risks and to realize the chances.
