OLGA Module

The module meter accounting is able to consider price changes within an accounting period, it bills additional costs, changes users within a work flow, creates accounting proposals and more. It makes daily work easier and saves time and money.

Control your meter customers, by handling containers as a storage (bin location) and confront deliveries with extractions. Both bookings are affected directly out of sales, either out of the bulk gas contract or as statistic booking. Even stock-taking, i.e. the booking of the actual container content is possible directly out of sales. „Last but not least“, you always have the stock of “your gas” at the central suppliers up the sleeve (e.g. for accounting purposes).

Meter accounting is completely integrated in OLGA and can completely be created out of OLGA. All relevant data is taken into account: consumption, basic fee, rental fees, partial payments, transport surcharges etc.
